1. B2B Quotations & Pricing
All prices issued by AmaxTech Services Pvt. Ltd. are provided on a "Price on Request" wholesale basis tailored to hardware specifications, order volume, and destination shipping terms. Pro-forma quotations remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise.
2. Technical Specifications
Hardware technical datasheets and component specifications are provided for planning purposes. Because hardware configurations may vary depending on project requirements and component revisions, final specs are confirmed upon formal purchase order agreement.
3. Orders & Payment Terms
B2B equipment orders are processed upon receipt of an authorized Purchase Order (PO) and deposit confirmation according to agreed commercial invoice terms.
4. Governing Law
